Shipping Policy

We are committed to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

  • We currently deliver to more than 500 cities across India.
  • Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  • Buyers from West Bengal will have to provide us with Form 50,if required.
  • Octroi , if any,will be borne by the Purchaser.
  • We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some of the company or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that the product is not available in the company or has been discontinued, we will intimate you and will deliver equivalent order, once you approve the same , otherwise , we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded (excluding courier charges), in the manner you have made the payment. If in case the order is not shipped at all due to some reason , same will be refunded wholly.
  • We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • Typically all Mumbai deliveries are completed within 1-2 days post shipment and outside Mumbai deliveries are completed within 2-4 days post shipment, excluding the date of shipping.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies or as suggested by you.
  • While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on 022-22700909 / 1010 or mail us at support@fotocentreindia.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • The Tracking No. of your order will be provided through SMS / Email .You may track the shipping status of your order on respective courier agencies website.
  • Please note all items (including Free accessories) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
